Western NY TRD – Tuesday, March 24, 2026
- Highly-qualified, well-prepared candidates from 11 colleges and universities in the Western New York area.
- Participants must be enrolled in a certification only program, bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree candidate or received a degree from one of the participating institutions.
- Participants must be able to meet all NYS certification requirements by September 1, 2026.

What does the day look like? TRD begins at 8:00 AM with orientation. At 8:30 AM, candidates and employers will participate in an open networking hour that allows recruiters and candidates to schedule additional interviews. All interviews begin at 10:00 AM.

- Individual interviews scheduled by recruiters to allow you to control your interview schedule and arrange it according to certification areas needed.
- Employers can review candidate resumes prior to the event and download resumes after the event to use for recruiting.
Event Format:
- Pre-select candidates to interview the day of the event.
- Participate in an open networking hour for the chance to meet with candidates to fill remaining open interview times.
- Event will run from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with interviews beginning at 10:00 a.m.

- Write “Hold for Western NY TRD” on the outside of each box.
- Be sure to include your name and school/organization.
- Boxes should not arrive before Friday, March 20, 2026.
